Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 the customer has a "cooling off" period we are pleased to offer a 14 day cooling off period which means that if for any reason# you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order at any time from placing the order up to 14 working days after delivery (starting the day after receipt) and to return the goods within a further 5 working days. We will refund the value of the goods plus outbound postage and packing if applicable* as soon as possible but always within 30 working days of being notified of cancellation or return. Customers are obliged under statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods and we request the goods being returned are unused, unwashed and not damaged. If the customer has not taken reasonable care of the goods or they are not received back within the time specifications then we have the right to claim for a breach of the statutory duty.
*Lujo Sensuals are not liable for the cost of the return postage and packaging. If your order originally qualified for free shipping and the returned items reduces the order total to below the qualifying amount we reserve the right to deduct our standard postage charge from any refund. Additionally, if you do not return the goods as required, or refuse delivery, we are entitled to charge you for our direct costs of recovering the goods.
#Please note Lujo Sensuals are unable to refund on stockings/body stockings/tights or any other hosiery items that have been opened or worn as the material once worn cannot be restored to the same physical state as they were supplied. *DSRs 3.41. For intimate items such as panties, swimsuits, bikini's etc we are only able to accept returns if they have been tried on over another item of clothing. If you are in any doubt about placing an order for any product then please contact us and we will be glad to assist you and provide further details.
To return goods you need to notify us within 14 days starting the day after receipt in writing or by e-mail (telephone is not an accepted medium) advising of your intention to return the goods and requesting a returns form (E-mail returns@lujosensuals.co.uk). You need to enclose the form with the goods you are returning and post back to us at the address on the form within a further 5 days. Lujo Sensuals will start the process of the refund or arrange for a replacement if it is an exchange. Lujo Sensuals will not send out exchange / replacement items until the return is received so if time is short it is advisable to place a new order and return the first item for a refund.
Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, it is recommended that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. i.e. Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Faulty or Wrong Item:
Please inspect your goods thoroughly before wear and if any items are damaged or are not what you ordered, please note that you must notify us in writing or by e-mail (telephone is not an accepted medium) WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ACCEPTING DELIVERY stating the exact nature of the fault.
